GALLONIOn November 5th 1960, the Galloni brothers signed a contract for their first supply of 1,500 choice hams. However, theirs had already been a history of genuineness and traditional ham-making for many a year. In fact, the eldest of the five brothers had begun working in a typical ham-making firm in Langhirano in 1938; at the end of the 50's all other brothers held positions of responsability at different plants in town.Today, almost thirty years after the opening of the second plant, Fratelli Galloni can positively assure that not only in the past had there been high quality ham, but there will continue to be more high-quality Galloni hams on the market, and not a single ham being of a lower quality standard than expected by gourmets, gastronomes and connoisseurs.
