Antonio Carpenedo and his sons, come from an old family of cheese merchants in Treviso in the region of Veneto, Italy. They have over thirty years of experience in the dairy cheese sector and today devote themselves to producing innovative cheese like "Ubriaco", "Vento d'Estate", "Brillo di Treviso", "Sottocenere", ect.
