The area of Spoleto is ideal thanks to its climate and hills covered with olives groves that guarantee oil with an intense and balanced flavor. Zefferino, led by his great passion and knowledge of olives, decided to focus exclusively on Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which at that time
was still unknown as the majority of Italians used only Pure Olive Oil. His intuition proved to be correct: the product became successful and requests began to arrive also from outside of Umbria.
IN the 1950's, Zefferino's sons joined him in the business and after learning all the secrets and processes,
transformed the small family business into a modern industry.
