O
OIL from NUTS and SEEDS

Buy products:
Nut oils are fragant, full-flavored oils pressed from roasted nuts (most commonly walnut and hazelnut). They carry the full flavor of the nut, and are usually packed in a 100% purity. They can be mixed with lighter oils to make salad dressings or used pure for baking or marinades.

Grapeseed oil is a vegetable oil pressed from the seeds of grapes, an abundant by-product of wine making. Grape seed oil is used for salad dressings, marinades, deep frying or baking.
It has a relatively high smoke point, approximately 420 °F, so it can be safely used to cook at high temperatures.
